A Bedouin film. Shlash is a young man living with his mother and grandmother among their tribe. His grandmother tells him that his father, who died twenty years ago, was killed unintentionally by a friend of his named Shabib, who left the tribe after the incident. Shlash sets off searching for Shabib's tribe until he finds him, but he falls in love with his daughter, Sukoot, and asks for her hand in marriage.
